A judge presiding over a rape trial was shot to death Friday along with two other people at the Fulton County Courthouse, authorities said. A fourth person was critically wounded and the suspect, the defendant at the trial, remained at large - ripped from MSNBC and it gives Atlanta as the origin of the story and the Fulton County Georgia Courthouse as the crime scene. Someoen must have a lapse in attention- I would have hated to have been the next case. Here is a link to stories of the same nature Crimes against courts . The seniority group that I'm part of is from the old "Scotia" mine. In 76, I think that is right there was an explosion at their mine in the Imboden seam . It was located near Ovenfork ,Ky. There were 2 explosions, 3/9/76 and 3/11/76, the first killed 15 men in one area of the mine, 91 escaped, the second explosion, 13 men were underground trying to rescue/recover the ones from the first, 11 of those died in the second explosion.
